If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer support through our return/replacement policy as per the terms mentioned below.

When Customer Returns

Customers can request a return or replacement only in the following situations:

• 1. Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
• 2. Product received in damaged condition.
• 3. Product is defective or leaked (if applicable).
• 4. Missing items or incomplete order received.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After approval, our support team will guide you through the return/replacement process.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty, leaked, or defective product, please contact our support team with proper proof (unboxing video / clear images of the product and packaging). Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a genuine defect from our side.

Damaged Products During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery if possible. If accepted, please record an unboxing video and capture images of the damaged product and outer packaging.

We will review the evidence and provide a replacement or refund based on product availability and approval.

Shree Rama Ayurvedic is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the customer.

Return & Refund Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:

• 1. Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• 2. Product must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).
• 3. Invoice/Order ID must be shared for verification.
• 4. Unboxing video is strongly recommended for any damage/defect claim.
• 5. Replacement depends on product availability.
• 6. Refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
